REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

We aim to offer the best quality wigs for our customers. We considerate your satisfaction as our top priority.so you can return any item for any reason that you purchase from us as long as you follow our guidelines listed below.

 

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1) Email us your request for the items you wish to return together with your order ID.

2) Mail us back your item(s) to the address in our reply email.

 

1.WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

 

2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Because KIRIWIG.SHOP will not be responsible for lost returns.

If the quality issue exists,  KIRIWIG.SHOP will take the cost of return shipping.

 

3. MAY I RETURN MY KIRIWIG PRODUCTS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?

Please note that all wigs should be returned back with our permission, or you should take responsibility for all bad things during shipping. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

 

4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, Allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed.
